Fall 2010 Educational Symposium

The Ocular Nutrition Society’s Fall Educational Symposium, "From Testing to Tasting: An Integrative Approach to Full-Body Health", will take place the day before the Optometry Academy’s annual meeting from 9AM-4PM, on November 16, 2010.

Registration will open soon- all courses are expected to be COPE-approved.

This year's distinguished faculty includes:

Burton Goldberg, PhD, “How to See Disease Before it Manifests – the Quantum Physics Approach”
Bill Rafferty, OD, FAAO and Ann Hoscheit, OD, FAAO, “Don’t Guess, Test”
Stuart Richer, OD, PhD, FAAO, “Subject: The Role of Cardiac Biomarkers in Ophthalmic Care”
Paul Williams, PhD, “Subject: Exercise and Eye Disease”
Kimberly Reed, OD, FAAO “New Perspectives on Free Radicals, Antioxidants, and age-related eye disease” 
Karen MacNeil, MA, “The Health Benefits of Good Food and Wine”
This last speaker will conduct a "wine tasting" after the conference so you will have a chance to mingle with the speakers and discuss the days activities.
